Other Responsibilities

 

  • Involved in the management of the commercial Plant Tissue Culture Unit with the capacity of producing about 2 million plants per year. In this facility we undertake the commercial production of Apple Root stock plantlets (from known varieties imported from USA; supplied to Apple grower groups in HP), micro and mini tubers of potato for the supply to PEPSICO Holding India Pvt. Ltd. and superior clones of Eucalyptus for pulp and paper industry (Revenue generated in last five years (350 Lakhs).
